Your Life Is Now, So... Catch Yourself Living!
The moment was magical. The beauty of summer around me was breathtaking, the sound of birds divine, and the warmth of the sun healing. Right there and then I felt I don't need anything more this minute, it's all right there for me. I had this acute awarenedss that it doesn't get better than this! That's it - life as it in this moment. I felt fulfilled, happy, not needing anything else, completely in the moment.
I caught myself living.
All of a sudden it occured to me that this is really what this life is all about: fully being in each moment, accepting each minute as a gift and seeing the beauty in it. Not worrying about the future, not thinking what I needed to do next, not analyzing the past.
How are you living? Are you taking the full advantage of each moment to see it's beauty and take what is offers? Or are you longing for the next moment or missing what has already passed? The future is not here yet and the past is gone. The only beautiful reality is NOW. In a way, it doesn't get better than this. Because wherever you go, there you are.
If you feel exhausted by chasing the next better moment, I am inviting you to stop and look. It's right here.
Lots of love!

Life Challeges and What You Can Do About Them
Here is a real jewel of wisdom I discovered a few years ago which helped me work through some small and really big issues in my own life. I call it "The Only Three Options for Dealing With Obstacles". Here they are:
- Fully accept the situation as it is,
- Change it,
- or Leave it.
Let's say you have a job you don't love. You have a choice to accept it for what it is, see all the good things it offers and learn to love the rest. If there are aspects of it you know you are not willing to accept, you have an option to change them - for example by asking for a raise, redefining your responsibilities, etc. If you are not willing to love your job, you know you can't possibly change it, the only thing you can do is leave it. And if you are not willing to leave it, then you need to go back to option 1 and 2 and select one.
Unhappiness is created when we are in between the three options, kind of in the gray area. It is when we don't like our job and are not choosing to accept it for what it is, and not choosing to change the unacceptable aspects of it, and not choosing to look for a different one. Instead, we are just talking about it, complaining, or suffering in silence, and not really solving anything.
It's a choice. You can decide to embrace fully and love something that is not perfect. You can decide to do your best to change something (or someone, which is much tougher). Or you can choose to leave the situation (or person) or to limit your contact with it.
Just knowing you have a choice allows you to exhale a little and feel some space around the difficulty you are experiencing. It allows you to take a full responsibility for yourself, the quality of your life and your happiness.
Today I invite you to look at your challenges and see how you are choosing (on not choosing) to deal with them. Do you need to move from the gray area to a clear choice? What are your real options? Are you willing to exercise them? If not, what's standing in your way? I would love to hear from you.

You Are 100% Attractive
How we are inside, what we deeply believe in shows up of the outside. The Universe serves us exactly what we have ordered with our thoughts and beliefs, and it always is exactly what we need. So that would mean that we are always at the right for us place. Even if we don't happen to agree at the moment. Even if it feels uncomfortable. The Law of Attraction is a fact of life. How do you use it for your highest good?
Being conscious of the Law already makes a huge difference. Remember: You are 100% attractive. All your thoughts, perceptions, judgements, expectations (about others and yourself) translate to your life experiences. The more conscious of these things you are, the more choices you can make. You can decide to be negative and fearful and, voila, the Universe supplies you with MORE reasons to be negative and fearful. Or you can choose to cultivate the positive outlook and, again, the Universe responds with grace. It always starts with you.
Simply reminding yourself that you are 100% attractive gives you an opportunity to clean up any little internal messes and lets you relax into the present moment, the moment of creation, do your best, and expect the greatest outcome.
So remind yourself gently a few times a day that YOU are 100% attractive. Check with you grand life or/and business vision and see if you need a little realignment in your thoughts and beliefs. When you put yourself in the open, receiving mode, do your best, you will attract what you truly want and deserve.

The Power of Intention
This New Year's Eve my celebration included making a list of intentions for 2009. I decided not to think in terms of specific goals and commitments about some big things in my life. I consciously chose to set Intentions. So instead of "My goal is to move to Europe by September 2009" I wrote: "My Intention is to move to Europe by September 2009". This just sounded so much lighter and open to possibilities and "Divine Intervention". Since moving to Europe depends for me on so many things that I only partially have control over, an intention in lieu of a goal was good enough for me.
With some uncertain and out-of-control big life stuff, a goal might be too heavy and too stressful. A goal might imply that it's only up to you to get it done and there are consequences if you don't. An Intention gives you more freedom and flexibility and opens you up for the Universe's support. And you could dream freer and bigger dreams. You could list things you feel are beyond your control, and, oh so many seem to be now. I'm not suggesting to always avoid the stress of setting goals. But with some dreams, intention might be the first step, and then when you feel ready, translate it into a goal.
I made a list of simple intentions and handed them over to the Universe. I trust it will know what to do with them. I trust it will give me what I need and in the way that's best for me. Over the years I gathered enough of "scientific" evidence from my own life and from experiences of my clients to say with absolute certainty that the process works.
Intention is the driving force of the Universe. It is this invisible energy present in any change, process, and growth. The seed of a beautiful tree is in its essence a pure Intention. Without it, it would be just a piece of grain, not capable of this incredible transformation.
Intention is a powerful way to attract what you want, create shifts and move in the direction of your calling. It will invite all the necessary forces to your life to help you shift in your, so-called, "situation". Intention tells the Universe you are ready.
January is a perfect time for this practice. It is an opportunity to renew your vision, energy and spirit while asking yourself: "What do I really want to create this year, this life?" I invite you to set some clear intentions for 2009. Take a piece of paper and freely list things you are willing to welcome in your life. Bless your list with your willingness to receive and put it in a safe place. Look at it periodically, and I guarantee you, you will be checking things off the list when they are manifested. Have fun and let me know how it worked for you.

The WHO and WHAT of Your Business
Many business owners want to believe that they can help anybody. The truth is they can’t, you can’t, I can’t. In order to be successful in your business you have to be very clear about your WHO and your WHAT. Simply put, your WHO is the people you are helping, your WHAT is the problem you help them solve. Your clarity on the WHO WHAT is absolutely essential to the well being of your business. When you know your WHO WHAT:
q Your marketing is focused on the right crowd of receptive people who need your services,
q You can talk about what you do with ease and clarity,
q You sound interesting and intriguing when you tell people what you do,
q You feel good about what you provide,
q You are attractive to new customers,
q You make much more money.
The WHO is a slice of the general audience out there with specific demographic and psychographics characteristics. Demographic characteristics are things like age, gender, income, profession, net worth, health status, marital status, anything that you can observe about a person and use it to identify them. Psychographic characteristics, on the other hand, are their beliefs or feelings that are not directly observable, but that characterize them as people, for example: are spiritual, like children, like nature, like reading self-help books. The reason you want to identify both their demo- and psychographics is that that will give you a fuller picture of your perfect client and connect you with their energy better when you are marketing to them.
For example, I identify my perfect clients as: Adults 25 to 55 years old, business owners or people ready to start a business (demographics), want to make a difference in the world and in their lives (psychographic).
The WHAT is the problem they recognize that they have and are willing to solve it. It’s very important to understand the problem from their own point of view. To help you identify it, here is a list of seven basic needs people have and want to satisfy:
a. Money (make more money, have more money, financial stability, get out of debt…)
b. Peace of Mind (happier, more enjoyable life, fulfillment, living with purpose…)
c. Health/Wellness (being healthier, more fit, losing weight, having more energy…)
d. Career/Business (starting a business, changing jobs…)
e. Love (finding a partner, having better relationship with a partner, improving relationships with family and friends…)
f. Time (having more time, more balance, more freedom, less stress…)
Decide on the most important need your services satisfy. This need represents your WHAT.
I encourage you to start thinking about your business in terms of your WHO and WHAT. Start taking notice of what kind of clients you attract, what client characteristics make them desirable for your business, what is their perception of the problem they come to you with. Your business will thank you.

Your Greatest Gift Is Also Your Greatest Need
Here is a deep spiritual truth I learned: The most precious gift you want to give your clients through your services and products is also your own biggest need. When I first heard it, it sounded contradictory to me. How can I give away something I need myself? Yet, at the same time I could feel a deep and important truth of it. It was one of these truths you feel more in your heart or stomach than you comprehend through your mind. The mind makes sense of it later.
The first time I heard it, I smiled and sighed with relief. I have already come to know my gift, my essence energy; I knew that what I wanted to give to the world, was something that, in my humble opinion, it desperately needed. Through my work I wanted to wake my clients up to the reality of them being enough for any endeavor they dream of. I wanted them to feel spiritually and physically connected to and supported by the Universe, because when you feel like this, you know you are enough.
And here is the thing: this feeling of being enough and that deep connection to the world has been a struggle in my life. I came to understand it only after so many low moments in my life and business. Once I saw it I worked on it. My need to reconnect with the world and to feel absolutely enough took me on a journey through a 12-step program, a metaphysically inspired church, Buddhist meditation practice, countless self-help and spiritual books, seminars, conversations. And let me tell you, the work isn’t over yet.
So how in the world could you give someone something that you don’t feel you fully own yet? Something that you might not be a born expert on? Well, here it is: You are an expert on it because you have a first-hand, intimate knowledge of the problem, you know the pain of being without it and you have had at least glimpses of the joy of being with it.
You may find yourself being able to give this gift more generously to your clients than to yourself. But remember, my friend, that by giving it to others you give it to yourself too. This is how we all interlace and connect in this wonderful Universe.
Think of your greatest gifts that you want to give through your work and see if the same is true for you. If you need support in defining your greatest gift, you may refer to Name Your Essence Exercise. You can access it at: http://yourbusinessevolved.com/Resources/EssenceEnergyRequest.html

Authentic Business
We all know authentic businesses. When we walk into such places, we get this good vibe, this warm feeling that we are in a right place, and that the people who own and run it are really in tune with who they are. There is integrity present in their business. It’s easy for us to connect with them.
So what makes a business authentic? It’s the expression of your essence energy in all aspects: marketing, sales, services, and products.
Let’s talk more specifically about authenticity in marketing because that’s the area o lot small and micro business owners cringe from as the least authentic thing to do. And the opposite is true: Marketing should be the most authentic aspect of your business, because that’s where you have a chance to meet your perfect clients. And if your perfect clients can’t see you for who you really are, they won’t buy from you. Worse yet, if you are inauthentic, you might attract clients who are less than perfect for you and they will drain your energy because you won’t be able to give them what they really need. That’s why your true authentic voice is essential in marketing. Marketing is giving your potential clients a sample of your business, a taste of your essence energy, so your perfect clients walk away enriched by the experience.
How do you ensure that your authentic voice is present in the way you market? The first step is to fully get in touch with your essence energy and give it a name. Spend time with it, feel it, let it fill you. Practice simply being in it and allow it to inspire you. The second step it to evaluate all your business building practices with your essence energy as your filter to look through and see how present it is in all you do. If your essence energy is “Peace”, do your potential clients get a feeling of Peace when they look at your website or any other marketing materials? Does your audience feel it when you are speaking to them about your business? Your essence energy needs to be present in you and about you.
If you would like to uncover YOUR essence energy, please to go http://YourBusinessEvolved.com/Resources/EssenceEnergyRequest.html to download a free worksheet to guide you through the process. Enjoy!
Start with that, start from your core. Because if you are not authentically creating out of your essence energy and not giving yourself a permission to be who you are, your business will be out of balance. And you are not going to be as happy in it as you can.
